TERMS OF AUCTION SALE


  1. Please park on the street (unless otherwise instructed by our staff).
    DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR ENTRANCE TO OUR POUND.

  2. Register with the front office ($5.00 fee). To register you must provide identification (drivers licence). Whether you are just looking or bidding on a vehicle, you MUST register and you MUST pay the $ 5.00 entrance fee and receive your bidders card.
    NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 yrs. PERMITTED.

  3. If you become a successful bidder: Approach the clerk with your deposit of 25% ($200.00 min.) or more immediately, or the auction will be stopped and the vehicle will instantly go back on the auction block. No refund on deposit.

  4. Cash, visa, mastercard, debit card, amex or certified cheque only. GST and PST will be added to the sale price of the vehicles.

  5. All vehicles must be paid for in full within 48 hours and removed from our premises by the following Tuesday before 7 p.m. or else storage charges and/or resale of the vehicle will occur. Vehicles can be paid for in full at the front office on the day of the sale until 5 p.m., or by the following Monday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. only. No removals or transactions on Sunday.

  6. When removing a vehicle, you must check in with our office and produce your receipt.

  7. All vehicles are sold with no expressed warranty, they are AS IS, WHERE IS.

  8. Actual distance travelled by vehicles is not known by Abrams Towing.

  9. Do not cross the roped off areas. Vehicles inside these areas are not for sale. Anyone found crossing the barriers will be ejected from the auction immediately.

  10. We offer flat rate discounted tows for vehicles purchased out of the pound.

  11. Administration Transfer Fees and keys to the vehicles are not included in the sale price.
    Administration Transfer Fees are $ 50.00 per vehicle flat rate.

  12. Washrooms are located in the storage pound.

  13. A catering truck will be available on site.

  14. A Locksmith will be on-site and keys will be available for sale only after the auction is over and the vehicle is paid for in full.

  15. All disputes are settled at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
