TRANSPORTATION HEALTH & SAFETY ASSOCIATION OF ONTARIO (THSAO) " ACHIEVEMENT AWARD"

This award is giving to companies that for 3 consecutive years have decreased their workplace injuries. Abrams has always put safety 1st and this shows even more today. Congratulations to all at Abrams who have helped achieve this.

Abrams has received the prestigious American Towman ACE Award in 2007 for achievement in service performance for the second time. Recipients were nominated by the nation's major motor clubs and dispatch centres, including Allstate Motor Club, Asurion, Coach-Net, Cross Country Automotive Services, GEICO Direct and Road America. The ACE Award is presented by American Towman Magazine, the leading trade publication serving emergency road service professionals.

Nomination guidelines for the ACE Award include: a high percentage of meeting or bettering estimated response time on calls, consistency in response time, written appreciation from customers, and percentage of calls serviced (instead of turning them away) thereby reflecting reliability and overall professionalism. ACE recipients rank in the top 1 percent of the towing industry's service providers.

"Motor clubs and central dispatch centres are very demanding of service providers who contract with them," said Steve Calitri, publisher of American Towman Magazine.  The awards are presented to the winners during the ACE Award ceremony in November at the American Towman Exposition in Baltimore, the world's largest trade show and convention for emergency road service providers.
